KLOW combines four peptides with complementary mechanisms: GHK-Cu (matrix remodeling, expression of >4,000 pro-regeneration genes), BPC-157 (VEGFR2/eNOS angiogenesis, fibroblast migration), TB-500 (thymosin β4 fragment: G-actin sequestration, endothelial stem cell migration, modulation of PINCH-ILK-α-parvin), and KPV (C-terminal tripeptide of α-MSH: NF-κB inhibition, reduction of pro-inflammatory cytokines IL-1β, TNF-α, and IL-6). The whole blend is studied in vitro for its synergistic potential in models of wound healing, chronic inflammation, and combined tissue repair.
