Returns and withdrawal

In accordance with article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the products.

In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, this right cannot be exercised for products that have been opened, reconstituted or whose sealed packaging has been altered after delivery, for safety and health-protection reasons.

No return or refund is accepted for a product whose sealed packaging has been opened.

Contact support before sending anything back, with your order number (PEP-…); we will tell you how to proceed.

Send support photos of the parcel and the vials: depending on the case, we reship or refund. Without evidence, we cannot open a claim with the carrier.
