Orders paid before 3 PM (Paris time) are prepared the same day and handed to the carrier within 24 business hours.

Mainland France: 48 to 72 hours after dispatch. Other European Union countries: 2 to 5 business days.

Delivery times are indicative (terms of sale, article 5).

We currently ship only within the European Union.

Pickup point or home delivery, depending on your country. The available methods and their costs are displayed on the secure payment page, before you confirm your order.

Home delivery is free from €249 of products (amount calculated before discounts). The minimum order is €80.

Neutral parcel, with no logo or mention of Peptinium Labs on the outside. Vials are carefully wedged in padded packaging to absorb shocks during transport.

A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your parcel is shipped.

Store the vials in the refrigerator as soon as you receive them; at −20 °C for long-term storage.

Contact support with evidence (photos of the parcel and vials for damage, or a screenshot of the stalled tracking for a loss) and we will find a suitable solution: reshipment or refund depending on the case. Without evidence, we unfortunately cannot open a claim with the carrier.
