You must be at least 18 years old to order on the website. We do not accept orders placed by anyone under 18.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when creating your account and with every order, and to keep it up to date.

You alone are responsible for keeping your account and password confidential and for access to your devices.

We may, at our sole discretion, refuse access to the website, suspend or close an account, or cancel an order.

All our products are intended exclusively for in vitro scientific laboratory research (Research Use Only — RUO).

They are not intended for humans: they must not be administered, consumed or used for any application on humans or animals. Any food, drug, cosmetic, diagnostic, therapeutic, commercial or household use is prohibited.

The products must be handled only by qualified research professionals trained for that purpose.

By purchasing our products, you accept these use restrictions without reservation.

By placing an order, you certify and warrant that you: are at least 18 years old; are affiliated with a qualified laboratory, institution or research entity, or are purchasing on behalf of one; understand and accept the risks inherent in research chemicals; take sole responsibility for the safe and lawful handling, storage and use of the products; and will not resell, divert or distribute the products for any prohibited purpose.

We strive to present our products accurately. Their actual appearance may nevertheless differ slightly from what is shown on screen, owing to display settings or changes in packaging.

We do not warrant that the descriptions, datasheets and other content on the website are free of errors, complete or current.

We may change descriptions and prices at any time without notice, and discontinue any product at any time.

Every order is an offer to purchase. It is accepted only once we have confirmed it and payment has been collected.

We may refuse or cancel any order, in particular if we suspect misuse or a breach of these Terms; any amount already collected is then refunded.

It is your responsibility to check your order carefully before confirming it. Given the nature of the products, all sales are final: we accept no returns and no exchanges.

In any event, no opened, pierced, reconstituted or unsealed vial is taken back, as article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code excludes from the right of withdrawal goods which have been unsealed after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

Prices are stated in euros unless otherwise indicated.

We may change our prices, discounts and promotional offers at any time without notice.

You agree to provide accurate billing, payment and delivery information, and you authorise us to charge the chosen payment method for the amount of your order.

Any applicable taxes, customs duties and import fees are your responsibility.

Shipping and delivery times are given for information only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs formalities or any event beyond our control.

Ownership of the products and the risk of loss pass to you as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.

For international shipments, we do not guarantee customs clearance and are not responsible for parcels seized, held or returned by the authorities.

We accept no liability for any damage, injury or loss resulting from misuse of the products, improper handling or any unauthorised use.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peptinium Labs, its owner, staff, partners and suppliers against any claim relating to the purchase, possession or use of the products, alone or in combination with other substances.

All content on the website — text, visuals, logos, product names and software — belongs to Peptinium Labs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.

Any reproduction, distribution or exploitation, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent is prohibited.

The collection and use of your personal data are governed by our privacy policy, set out on the website's Legal notice page. By using the website, you acknowledge that you have read it.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Peptinium Labs, its owner, partners, staff and agents against any claim, loss, damage or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from a breach of these Terms, misuse of the website or the products, or a violation of the law.

These Terms and all sales concluded on the website are governed by French law, to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Any dispute relating to their formation, interpretation or performance falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Paris.

We may amend these Terms at any time. Changes are published on this page together with their update date.

Continuing to use the website or placing an order after their publication constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

The website is published, and the products are sold, by Peptinium Labs, a French micro-entreprise (sole proprietorship), 75017 Paris, France — VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
