— Detailed scientific data

Effects documented in the literature

Studies on Ipamorelin (Raun et al., 1998, PMID 10373343) characterized a selective GHS-R1a receptor agonist inducing pulsatile GH release by pituitary somatotropic cells, without significant elevation of prolactin, ACTH, cortisol, or FSH/LH. CJC-1295 (without DAC) is a stabilized GHRH analog that binds to GHRH-R and amplifies the amplitude of GH pulses. The combination studied in vitro and in preclinical models generates a synergistic effect on GH secretion, with a downstream increase in hepatic IGF-1. Hormonal studies show maintenance of the physiological pulsatile rhythm of GH, unlike direct administration of exogenous GH. Effects reported in the literature include increased lean mass, modulation of lipolysis via adipocyte β-adrenergic signaling, and improved bone turnover markers. These data come from the scientific literature and are provided strictly for informational purposes in a research context. This product is not intended for veterinary, diagnostic or therapeutic use and is not recommended for any use outside a scientific, professional and research setting. [1][2][3]

Background, storage, reconstitution

Research background
Co-formulation of a GHRH analog (CJC-1295 without DAC) and a secretagogue pentapeptide (Ipamorelin) used as a pharmacological tool to characterize joint GHRH-R / GHS-R1a signaling in cell lines.
Storage
Lyophilized: −20 °C. Reconstituted: 2–8 °C.
Reconstitution (lab)
Separate reconstitution recommended, using sterile bacteriostatic water.→ Dilution calculator
