Does my friend need an account?
Yes, it's free and quick: the catalog opens with an account. Your friend then enters your code on the payment page of their first order.
Can my friend's code be combined with another offer?
No: their 10% off applies on its own, on their first order. Your balance, on the other hand, can be combined with the site's big offers.
When do I receive my €15?
As soon as your friend has paid their first order of at least €60 of products (shipping excluded). You get a short email, and the credit shows up in your balance right away.
Where can I see my balance?
In My account → Referral: your balance, the history of your credits with their validity date, and the “Use my balance” button.
